$129.00
A complete onboarding and caseload-management system for up to five new special education teachers and their assigned mentors, including the First 30 Days guide, Caseload Command Center, yearlong systems planner, and six-week mentor guide.
Description
A practical onboarding system for new special education teachers and the people supporting them
New special education teachers are often given caseloads, schedules, service requirements, student records, and compliance responsibilities without a clear sequence for turning that information into a working system.
The Special Education First 30 Days Systems & Mentoring Bundle gives schools a ready-to-use structure for helping new special education teachers build the systems they need for caseload visibility, service delivery, communication, progress monitoring, meeting preparation, and follow-through.
This 5-pair school license combines Special Education: The First 30 Days, the Special Education Caseload Command Center, the Special Education Caseload Systems Planner, and a six-week mentor guide so teachers and mentors can work from one connected onboarding and support process.

How the 5-pair license works
One teacher–mentor pair includes:
- One licensed special education teacher
- One assigned mentor, coach, coordinator, administrator, or experienced peer
This purchase covers up to five active special education teachers and their assigned support people within one school or purchasing organization.
One mentor or coordinator may support more than one licensed teacher. The license count is based on the number of teachers receiving their own working copies of the First 30 Days materials, Command Center, and planner.
The license also includes one additional coordinator, director, or administrator copy.
Teacher seats may be reassigned when staffing changes, provided that no more than five special education teachers are actively using the materials at one time.
Delivery and access
After purchase, the buyer receives a downloadable Start Here PDF containing:
- Access to the complete resource folder
- Distribution instructions
- License terms
- Coordinator setup guidance
- The 30-day implementation sequence
- Six weekly mentor check-in focuses
- Day 30 review guidance
- End-of-cycle follow-up prompts
The editable Google resources are provided through view-only folders, shortcuts, or copy links so each licensed teacher can create individual working copies.
